Since its inception in 2001, IBCCES has been a global leader in providing training and certification in autism, neurodiversity, and cognitive disorders for organizations. These programs, developed by subject matter experts and autistic self-advocates, aim to enhance staff understanding and improve accommodations throughout the community. IBCCES remains the sole credentialing organization to offer such comprehensive programs, which support ongoing education and sustained assistance.

Furthermore, IBCCES has developed AutismTravel.com and CertifiedAutismCenter.com, which are complimentary online resources that assist parents in finding certified locations and professionals that meet the Certified Autism Center requirements.
