Hospitality Ventures Management Group promotes Cory Chambers and Maggie Rosa to strengthen leadership, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Chambers began his career with Marriott International, holding senior sales and marketing positions across various locations with properties ranging from 300 to 1,300 rooms. He remains actively involved in the industry through advisory roles with Hilton, IHG, Marriott, the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), and Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). Chambers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University and an MBA from Babson College.

Rosa brings more than 25 years of operations experience to her new role. She began her hospitality career with Marriott International, serving as Operations Department Head at the Marina Del Rey Marriott. Over the years, she has held leadership roles such as Assistant General Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenway Plaza and General Manager of the C. Baldwin, a Curio Hotel in downtown Houston.
