The new budget airline will be headquartered in Dammam, a bustling city in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia. King Fahd International Airport in Dammam will serve as the central hub, allowing passengers to access a wide array of destinations at a fraction of the cost compared to traditional full-service carriers.
